Deborah J. Graham, PhD
Founder and PresidentDr. Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources and labor relations. Later, she earned an M.Ed in cross-categorical special education, along with K-8 general education and EC-12 special education certifications, and an SEI endorsement. Her academic journey culminated with a PhD in special education, with research focused on post-secondary outcomes of students with mild to moderate disabilities. She is also a supporter and volunteer for the Special Olympics.
Marisol Santillan
SecretaryMarisol Santillan is a Strategic Procurement Leader at Arizona Public Service Company, where she has worked for 15 years. She has a wealth of experience in strategic sourcing, contract development and management, relationship management, and negotiations. Marisol holds a BS in Supply Chain Management with a certificate in International Business.
Kerri Carnes
Vice PresidentSince 2003, Kerri Carnes has held diverse roles across departments with Arizona Public Service Company. She has lead teams in distribution, nuclear, regulatory, operations, transmission, and supply chain. Currently she is serving as the Director of Customer-to-Grid Solutions. Her team innovates grid management for efficiency and green energy across the state of Arizona. Kerri and her team are the recipients of several awards within the national and global energy sector.
Amy Adrian M.Ed
TreasurerAmy holds a master’s degree in special education and brings over 18 years of experience, spanning early childhood through high school. In addition, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business and has served as the head of special education programs at both the middle and high school levels for several years. Amy’s expertise blends strong leadership and innovation across education and finance, making her a valuable asset to our organization.
