Creating Pathways to Work & Independence for Individuals with Disabilities
True Genius Education Services, Inc. is an Arizona 501(c)(3) non-profit that specializes in education-to-employment training and select therapy. We deliver targeted job coaching, community-based internships, and both standalone or integrated speech and occupational therapy services. As an approved vendor for Arizona Vocational Rehabilitation (Pre-ETS) and the Department of Developmental Disabilities Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), we seamlessly blend clinical care with real-world workforce training.
Individuals Across Stages of Development
True Genius Education equips individuals with disabilities with the skills needed to achieve competitive, independent employment. Our programs smoothly bridge the gap between school and the workforce through comprehensive career readiness training. To reinforce these employment goals, we offer specialized speech and occupational therapy, delivered either as an individual service or woven directly into our job preparation programs. Throughout this process, we remain a trusted partner for the families and state agencies coordinating their care.
Employment, Education & Therapy
At True Genius, we drive career success through targeted workforce, academic, and clinical programs. We provide interactive Pre-ETS workshops and internships for youth ages 14–22 in all educational settings, an extended-year high school program focused on work force training and job placement for students up to age 22. For extended growth, we deliver long-term workforce training funded through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) for young adults ages 16–24+. Finally, we provide specialized speech and occupational therapy for clients ages 4–24+ to ensure our clients have the foundational communication and motor skills needed for everyday life and future workplace independence.
Therapies
Speech and occupational therapy services provide direct treatment to improve communication, regulation, and functional skills for daily independence.
Assessments
Comprehensive evaluations are completed to identify strengths, determine needs, and guide therapy, education, and employment planning.
Secondary & Post-Secondary
Programs are focused on transitioning young adults from school to work and the skills needed for independent living.

What if your high school aged child could spend a week building real confidence, making new friends, and discovering what they’re truly capable of—all while having fun? TGES summer employment workshops (starting July 13th) are designed to feel engaging and energizing all while building the exact skills students need for independence and future success. Throughout the week, students will explore career interests, participate in hands-on job exploration activities, and take part in interactive workplace readiness simulations focused on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. They’ll also build self-advocacy skills, learn how to navigate real-world expectations, and explore postsecondary and employment pathways in a way that feels practical and exciting. By the end of the week, students don’t just gain confidence—they leave with a polished resume and two professional references from TGES and our community partners, giving them a meaningful head start toward employment.
