True Genius Education
Therapy, Education, and Employment Programs for Individuals with Disabilities
Strengthening skills and preparing for greater independence.
True Genius Education Services, Inc. is an Arizona-based nonprofit organization serving individuals aged 4 through 24+ with exceptional learning and developmental needs. We support children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities and related challenges through therapeutic, diploma-completion, and transition programming. True Genius Education operates as an integrated therapy, Arizona aligned high school diploma completion program, and post-secondary transition provider, with each service available independently or within a coordinated model.
Who We Serve
Individuals Across Stages of Development
True Genius supports individuals who need targeted speech and/or occupational therapy, adolescents with disabilities working towards diploma completion, and young adults preparing for employment and independent living. Families choose TGES for structured, accountable services that produce measurable progress and move individuals toward meaningful employment and long-term independence—whether alongside traditional schooling or as an alternative pathway.

What if your child could spend a week building real confidence, making new friends, and discovering what they’re truly capable of—all while having fun? TGES summer employment workshops (starting July 13th) are designed to feel engaging and energizing—not like school—while building the exact skills students need for independence and future success. Throughout the week, students will explore career interests, participate in hands-on job exploration activities, and take part in interactive workplace readiness challenges focused on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. They’ll also build self-advocacy skills, learn how to navigate real-world expectations, and explore postsecondary and employment pathways in a way that feels practical and exciting. By the end of the week, students don’t just gain confidence—they leave with a polished resume and two professional references from TGES and our community partners, giving them a meaningful head start toward employment.
