We’ve helped Arizona students and families achieve successful advocacy in all areas of special education and section 504 regulations.
Public School Advocacy
Every public and charter school in Arizona is obligated to comply with the disability regulations outlined in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and section 504 of the ADA. However, there are significant distinctions between these two regulations, and various complexities that can cause confusion for both parents and educators alike.
Our advocate is trained and well-versed in these differences and is available to assist you.
Private School Advocacy
There is a lack of awareness among administrators and families within most private school settings regarding the services available to eligible students under IDEA and section 504. This also applies to homeschool and micro-school students. Consequently, families may end up leaving their preferred private school or paying for services that should be provided to their child at no cost.
Our advocate is trained and knowledgeable about services that must be provided to exceptional students in private school placements, and is available to assist you.
