Across Arizona, people with disabilities receive valuable support services throughout their school aged years. As families begin planning for adulthood they soon discover that academic progress is only one part of preparing for life after high school. Skills such as communication, self-advocacy, workplace readiness, independent living, and community participation are equally important to long-term success.
True Genius Education was founded to help bridge that gap by providing specialized education, select therapy, and transition from school to work services designed to support clients from childhood through young adulthood and beyond.
Because independence is built over time, our work begins early. True Genius provides licensed speech and occupational therapy services for children as young as age four, helping them develop foundational communication, motor, sensory, and self-management skills that support success in school, at home, and in the community.
Our employment training programs are designed to help individuals successfully transition from school to work. Through individualized support, targeted instruction, career exploration, community-based internships, and real-world learning opportunities, we help participants identify their strengths, build confidence, develop employment and independent living skills, and make measurable progress toward meaningful careers and greater independence while providing families with a clear understanding of growth, outcomes, and next steps.
When individuals or families choose True Genius, they gain a partner committed to helping them or their child prepare for the future. When donors and community partners support True Genius, they help expand access to services that empower participants to participate more fully in school, work, and community life.
