True Genius Education was founded to address a critical gap in structured transition and post-secondary preparation for exceptional learners. After more than two decades in special education—as a K–12 teacher, program director, and systems builder across Arizona and multiple states—I saw a consistent pattern: many exceptional students approaching adulthood had either a 504 plan or IEP transition plan in place, yet they still needed more direct, structured, and outcome-focused preparation for employment, independence, and long-term stability.

True Genius Education was created to meet that need.

Today, our organization operates as a structured education-to-employment and therapy provider serving clients ages 4–24+. Our model is practical, accountable, and aligned to real-world outcomes. We provide post secondary work based transition programming for teens and young adults, and speech and occupational therapy services across the developmental continuum. Every program is designed with clarity of purpose and measurable progression.
